TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Estimates are made based on visual inspection and measurement of work prior to commencement. Whilst we aim to capture every actual and possible element, there are unforeseen issues which can arise. Any issues arising which affect our ability to complete the work as per the estimate will be discussed immediately upon discovery. This excludes issues arising through fault of the company.

2) Payment is due upon completion of works, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Failure to make payment within agreed timescales will incur charges relating to legal costs to recover, and upon accepting an estimate you agree to these costs.

3) A deposit may be required in order to secure a materials order, or guarantee a booking slot for a larger project. This will be agreed between both parties at the point of accepting an estimate. Deposits for materials can only be returned as per the terms and conditions of the supplier, less 10% or actual cost of travel (whichever is lower). Deposits for labour can be returned in line with a reducing scale - for example, if you make a booking for 100 days time and cancel after 20, you will receive 80% of the deposit back.
